Eight glasses of water? It's a bit more complicated than that.

Set a good example for your kids with good hydration habits, and with tasty water for them to drink.

Even when it is cold outside, we still need to be drinking good water. Central heating is very drying and with less physical activity in the winter we may not realize we still need to keep hydrated. And around the holidays, many of the foods and beverages we consume tend to be dehydrating. So try to stay aware of your thirst and have quality water on hand.
